November 2013- Present: Director of Recreation and Outdoor Education Programs at Ponderosa Christian Camp in Larkspur, CO

I am currently serving as Director of Recreation and Outdoor Education at Ponderosa.  Since starting here in late 2013, I have revamped the Recreation options for the Ponderosa guests to include building a whole new high and low ropes course which I designed and built in-house.  Booking and operating ropes and other recreational activities for groups in a year round ministry, I strove to bring our recreational staff of about 25 and our recreational facilities to a whole new level.  By the end of my second full year, the Lord had blessed the improvements and the challenge course budget doubled while the recreation budget tripled.  In the last 2 years I have built an outdoor education program offered to local schools.  We are thrilled with its immediate success, filling the camp during the week days and bringing in an additional 200k in revenues each year. In addition to these responsibilities, I have built and manage our coffee shop and started and continue to lead our security team.  I have also been able to put my artistic touch on many aesthetic projects around the camp, like our new entry signs for Ponderosa, the coffee cabin, and other rustic signage throughout the property.  Here are a few pictures of some of my projects at Ponderosa.
